Ada Michaels-Mason stars as Emma, the central protagonist of the psychological thriller Fool Me 3 Times.

Emma initially presents herself as the quintessential girl next door — warm, approachable and seemingly trustworthy. As the story develops, however, the audience begins to discover a far more calculated and disturbing side to her character.

Behind Emma’s innocent exterior lies a deeply manipulative mind. She gradually begins to psychologically influence and manipulate those closest to her, using their trust, emotions and vulnerabilities to maintain control. What initially appears to be an ordinary friendship group slowly becomes something much darker as Emma's true intentions emerge.

The role culminates in a dramatic psychological reveal, exposing Emma as the killer and completely reframing the character the audience believed they had come to know.

For Ada, the role offered the opportunity to move between two dramatically opposing states — the innocent, familiar girl audiences instinctively trust and the calculated, psychologically dangerous woman hidden beneath the surface. The performance required a controlled balance between vulnerability, charm and menace, allowing Emma's darker nature to emerge gradually rather than being immediately apparent.

Fool Me 3 Times allowed Ada to explore the darker side of her acting range, portraying a complex antagonist whose greatest weapon is not physical force, but psychological manipulation.
